         All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that MHRD, Gol is conducting in-service training to all the Elementary Teachers in the state- National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers' Hollstic Advancement (NISHTHA) under Samagra Shiksha during the year 2019-20

        The training shall be conducted for 6 days. Initially, the National Resource Group (NRG) from NCERT shall train the State Resource Group (SRG) at state level at Hyderabad. These SRGS shall in turn train the teachers at District level as per the instructions to be sent subsequently.

        In this connection, the DEOS are requested to identify the number of SRGS for their respective Districts as shown in the Annexure-l and forward the details as per the format given below on email nishtha.tig.ad1@gmail.com and nishtha.tis.ad2@gmail.com on or before 01.10.2019 without fail for onward submission to MHRD.



The SRGs selected shall be:
Regular employees (Teacher Educator or Teacher) having more than five years of experience of teaching at the Elementary or Secondary stage

Should have an experience of providing training for at least 2 years

Should have the competencies of active listening, participatory engagement and public speaking

KRPS should be preferably SRG /DRGs and SAPL

 should be Head Masters who are already trained at State Level

Should be expert in usage of ICT
